1. Go to the Google sheet linked on the main page. Download to Excel or make a copy.
2. Research and find the best heroes.
3. Make up your own models and calculations for finding the best
4. My suggestion: look at fantasy points per ETH for best value and fantasy points per stars for best hero in star capped tournaments.
5. I suggest weighting tournament scores more than current 7d stats.
